Our office hours are from Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm CST.

All calls or emails submitted after office hours this will be addressed the next business day. 

 

Retainer Packages

 

All retainer payments are due by the 5th of every month to ensure work & 5 - 7 business day turnaround. Payments made after the 5th will be charged a $25 late fee.

 

Payments:

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to begin designs and final payment is due before the release of printed or digital designs. Payment for Rush Orders are due in full, up front with all content.

 

Revisions / Concepts

 

Our prices include 1 Concept and 2 rounds of revisions on the design. Once you have exhausted those 2 rounds, each additional revision or new concept is $25 per hour. If you sign off on an image once we send you the finalized graphic image files and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision fee of a minimum $25 (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part). Be sure to proofread before giving the go to finalize the design. It is a joint effort between us and our clients, to verify that every detail -including spelling and grammar-meets the clients expectations. This is the goal of the editing stage that those details are caught and corrected before things are printed and posted. 

 

Consultations

 

We schedule a complimentary 20 minute consultation for all new clients. We are available Mon-Fri between 10AM and 1PM. Once your needs have been communicated we will send an invoice out to you. The other opinion is to schedule a branding consultation at a rate of $75 per hour.

 

Rush Designing

 

Our standard turnaround is 7- 10 Business Days. There is a $60 fee for expedited 5 Business Day designing and $50 for 3 Business Days. 1 Business Day designing is a $100 rush fee. These fees are due in full, up front with the delivery of content. This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery of printed designs. Rush shipping/delivery costs will vary based on printer.

 

Turnaround Times

 

Our turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project and the delivery of content by the client. Below are typical turnarounds. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and our communication.

 

Logo Design: 7 to 10 business days

Web Designs: 3 to 6 weeks

Brand ID Design: 3 to 6 weeks

Custom Designs: 7 to 10 business days

We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. We work with an average of 15 clients at a time and though we are able to work on several client projects at once – we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something expedited, please reference our Rush fees.

 

How We Do Communication

 

We use email as our main means of communication. We like to use the email correspondence as reference when we are able to begin working on a project. This helps us to keep things in order and to keep track of project details and answers to the many questions that we usually have for clients. But you don’t have to worry, we will respond right away (usually that day or at least within 24 hours). We will be communicating with you often during the design process. We will need specific feedback and your approval to continue the work. Responding to our questions in a timely manner will allow your design to progress. Regular communication is critical to the design of your project and those in line behind you. Failure to communicate with us about the design process for a period of 72 hours (whether expected or unexpectedly), will result in your project being placed on hold and moved to the end of our current queue. If the design schedule allows, you may pay an additional 25% of the current cost of the project to reschedule at the top of the waiting list.

Should you fail to provide necessary files or pieces of information within 10 days of the date requested, all payments will be forfeited to Little King Images and the project will be cancelled without notice.
